We loved the hotel's renovated and elegant atmosphere. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff, especially the bellmen and housekeeping, were kind and helpful. The location was perfect, situated in the middle of canals and tiny alleys, with shops and restaurants nearby. The private pier made it convenient to use gondolas and water taxis, and it was only a few minutes' walk to San Marco square.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived, with a smooth and friendly check-in process. The room, a superior room with a canal view, was exquisite. We were mesmerized by the sight of gondolas passing by our window throughout the day. Despite being in the middle of a busy shopping area, the room was remarkably quiet. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with spotless areas in all parts of the hotel, including the breakfast area. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and varied, with a great selection of hot and cold foods, cakes, bread, and pastries. We also appreciated the gluten-free options available. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. Within a few minutes' walk from the Ducal Palace and in close proximity to the Grand Canal, it was incredibly convenient to explore this beautiful city.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being halfway between the Rialto bridge and St. Mark's Square. It is right in the center of this city, making it convenient to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and helping with transportation. The hotel facilities were stylish and well-maintained, including a beautiful patio-style restaurant.
