The hotel was very close to both the bus station and train station, making it extremely convenient for transportation. The location was also ideal, as it was situated near the main shopping street and close to the Vaporetto pick up/drop off station. The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options available. The staff, particularly the blonde-haired host and the young man at reception, were friendly, welcoming, and spoke good English. The room was cleaned daily and always had fresh towels.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with both the bedroom and ensuite bathroom being clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was varied and tasty, offering a great start to our day of exploring.

The location was excellent, situated on one of the main shopping streets and well connected to all parts of the city. Cleanliness was top-notch, with our room being cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering eggs, sausage, cheese, coffee, sweets. The staff, both at the front desk and during breakfast, were friendly and welcoming.
